About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a growing organization in the healthcare outsourcing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space, focused on improving efficiency through automation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on UiPath-based automation initiatives, optimizing medical billing and back-office processes in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and map business processes
Identify and implement automation opportunities across RCM operations
Build scalable and reusable automation components
Manage bot scheduling, queues, and orchestration using UiPath Orchestrator
Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows
Maintain technical documentation for workflows and exceptions
Ensure compliance with data security standards (HIPAA-aware environment)
Continuously improve automation efficiency and reduce manual effort

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
Expertise in workflow design, selectors, data scraping, and exception handling
Experience with queue-based processing and transaction handling
Strong debugging, logging, and monitoring skills
Experience integrating APIs, web services, and external systems
Ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions
Proficiency in handling data from Excel, PDFs, and web applications
Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Good to Have

UiPath certification (Associate / Advanced Developer)
Experience in healthcare or RCM domain
Knowledge of SQL and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
