Key Responsibilities – Gold Loan Auction & Recovery Operations • Handle auction and recovery operations related to the Gold Loan Department, ensuring timely and efficient execution of auction activities. • Prepare auction notices and newspaper advertisements for scheduled public auctions in accordance with company procedures. • Manage the disbursement of surplus amounts to eligible customers following the completion of auction proceedings. • Provide support to the team in day-to-day auction, recovery, and customer coordination activities. • Handle public auction-related activities, including receipt of auctioned ornaments, verification/checking of ornaments and related documentation, and completion of necessary formalities. • Maintain and update auction-related registers and records to ensure proper documentation and tracking. • Undertake travel to various branches and locations as required for conducting and coordinating auction-related activities.
