How it works
A candidate uploads or writes a resume; JobsifyAI's AI reads it and produces an ATS score plus specific feedback. When a candidate applies to a job posted on the platform, the same AI compares their resume against that job's requirements and produces a match score and a skills gap for the employer to review. Employers use that ranked shortlist — alongside skills tests and interview scheduling — to decide who to move forward. Universities use the same scoring on their own students, at cohort scale, for placement tracking.
