Xpressbees is hiring motivated Delivery Partners to join our logistics team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities with competitive earning potential. We are currently hiring for positions in Kavesar, Kasarvadavli, and Bhayanderpada. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers, ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect packages from designated hubs and deliver them to customer locations within the assigned areas.
  • Navigate routes efficiently using mobile applications to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers during the delivery process.
  • Ensure the safety and integrity of all packages during transit.
  • Update delivery status in real-time via the company’s delivery management system.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols while operating your vehicle.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

  • Ownership of a functional two-wheeler (Bike or Scooty).
  • Valid driving license for a two-wheeler.
  • Possession of a valid Aadhaar Card.
  • Possession of a valid PAN Card.
  • Ownership of a functional Android smartphone for navigation and order management.
  • Active Bank Account for the processing of weekly payouts.
  • Ability to work 6–8 hours per day.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior experience in last-mile delivery or courier services.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes in Kavesar, Kasarvadavli, and Bhayanderpada.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery targets.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for mobile applications.
